This cart was started by Raju Seni, who is 55 years old today. He is now accompanied by his son Lalit Seni (aka Sonu), age 31 years old, who is running this traditional taste with new thinking and style.Dream started with a small cart
About 30 years ago, Raju Seni installed a small cart in a corner of the street. Initially the number of customers was small, there were no facilities, but they never compromised on taste and cleanliness. Dal boiled on low flame, and the exact combination of spices with crisp dish, this became their USP.

Lalit Seni used to go on a cart with his father since childhood. From there, he learned everything from cooking lentils to the customer. After completing his studies, he did not just run the cart, but made it like a brand.
